Wooden D&D Dice Lamps

FivePennyPiece makes these handmade wooden dice lamps, one for each shape from the D20 down to the D4. Each one is made from 100% wood and sits over an LED tea candle, so the light filters through the faceted shape and throws a warm, flickering pattern across whatever surface it’s on. It reads less like a novelty and more like a small piece of shelf decor that happens to glow.

The detail I liked most is that the top shell isn’t glued to the base. You lift it off the light when you need to roll, then set it back on afterward. It’s a clever way to keep the centerpiece useful during play instead of something you have to move out of the way. Pieces come in several colors, and you can buy a single die or the full set depending on how much of the table you want covered.

This is a strong pick for a DM who runs dim, moody sessions and wants the lamp to be part of the scene. It also works as a gift for a player who already owns a stack of dice and would enjoy seeing them on a shelf. The glow is soft and low, so it’s atmosphere rather than task lighting, and you’ll still want a separate lamp for reading rulebooks or character sheets.
