DO Your Whisky DIY Infusion Kit

If you know someone who geeks out over spirits, this is a brilliant weekend project. Instead of just buying another bottle, you get to customize cheap bourbon or rye using twelve glass vials of botanicals like cocoa beans, orange peel, and bird’s eye chili. The real fun is experimenting with the three distinct wood chip types to age the alcohol right on your counter in about two weeks. Anyone you give this to will need to supply the base alcohol themselves, but the plastic-free, climate-neutral packaging makes it a thoughtful, hands-on gift.
