Copper Cattail Wind Chimes

The cattails themselves make the sound, gently knocking together when the wind moves them. That mechanism gives the plant shape a purpose beyond decoration. Five cattails and two leaves form the 36-inch copper and bronze arrangement, which still works as garden sculpture when the breeze drops.

The included copper ground spike means you’ll need somewhere to stake it. Tuck it into a planting bed where the cattail shapes can mingle with actual foliage, or give it its own patch beside a garden seat. The gentle sound suits a spot where loud clanging would be unwelcome. A sound adjuster is included, too, giving the sound some attention alongside the metalwork.

These are made in Pickerington, Ohio, and optional custom engraving adds a personal detail if you’re choosing them as a gift. They suit a recipient whose decorating efforts happen mostly outdoors, especially one who enjoys plant-inspired objects. Check the intended spot against that 36-inch size before ordering; the surrounding plants will affect how much of the arrangement shows.
