Minecraft Stone Block Sticky Notes

The cube is the first thing you notice: a stack of sticky notes shaped like a block of stone, with the blocky texture Minecraft players will recognize from across the room. It holds 600 pages, which is plenty for shopping lists, homework reminders, and the random ideas that show up at 11 p.m.

Peel off a sheet and it makes a cracking sound, a small nod to breaking a block in the game. It is a silly touch, but it is the kind of thing a kid will want to show a sibling. As a stocking stuffer for a Minecraft-obsessed kid, it lands well because it is a real desk object that gets used. Gamer students will find the same thing useful for lecture notes and lab deadlines.

The sound is the main thing it has going for it, so if you share a quiet room, expect it to wear thin fast. Once that wears off, you are left with a block of ordinary sticky notes, which still do the job if you need them.
