You set up four cardboard gates around your living room, and suddenly a physical RC kart is zooming across your rug while streaming an augmented reality track onto your Switch. The weirdest part is how tactile it feels: get hit by a virtual shell, and the actual toy kart stops dead in its tracks. The catch is you do need plenty of clear floor space, but building custom tracks around table legs is unreasonably fun.
