A User Review For You: "I went out in the woods and found a perfect piece of wood. I then followed the instructions. It was pretty easy. It would be hard if you don't have tools to drill holes, but, I do have tools and drilling holes is pretty basic stuff.
I had an old storage bin laying in a closet and I put the wood in there with a good amount of water. You're supposed to keep the thing moist for quite a while. Well, I left it there for about a month. This method worked well! So, if you're lazy like me... just put it in a storage container with a good amount of water.
I have now taken it out of the container and bought a cheap aquarium. Right now there are now mushrooms, but, there is glowing fungus. It's pretty darn cool. I am excited for the mushroom to start popping up!"
