The Pocket Shot Slingshot

The Pocket Shot Slingshot trades the familiar forked frame for a circular ring and a pull-back pouch. Closed up, it measures just 2.3 by 1.3 inches. That’s the appeal: an adult target-practice gadget that doesn’t demand much room in your outdoor kit. It looks a little like a plumbing part with ambitions.

You get two replaceable pouches: a black Standard pouch already attached and a blue Pro pouch. The Standard can reach speeds up to 300 feet per second; the Pro is rated for up to 350 feet per second or higher. Those numbers also make the important distinction here: this is not a casual toy to hand around to the kids.

The most useful detail might be less dramatic. A watertight cap lets you store ammunition inside the unit, keeping the compact setup together between outings. For adults who enjoy target practice and dislike bulky gear, that’s a sensible reason to give this odd little circle a look.
