The Logitech K750 has a neat desk trick: it charges from light, including indoor light, so keeping it powered doesn’t require a charging cable or a sunbathing appointment. It can last at least three months in total darkness, too. That’s a useful bit of insurance for a keyboard whose entire job is to sit there and let you get on with things.
This suits the Windows desk dweller who wants fewer cables without switching to a cramped keyboard. You get a full-size layout, low-profile keys and concave keycaps, all in a slim body. The included USB Unifying receiver handles the wireless connection and can pair with up to six compatible Logitech peripherals, handy if your mouse is in the same family.
That receiver is the detail to check before gifting it: this is a Windows keyboard with a USB connection, not a general-purpose phone accessory. For the right desk, though, light-powered typing is a pleasingly practical little luxury.
